Hello, MY name is Cheryl Favelo. I am a liberal studies/IS major. I am 21 years old. I was born and raised here in Fresno, California and I am an only child. After graduating from Fresno High School in 2000 I originally came to college with the intent of transfering to Fresno State where I planned to graduate as a elementary school teacher. However, my plans changed when I met my boyfriend Brian. I took at few computer classes with him just for the fun of it and found that I really enjoyed networking and making web pages with HTML. So that is why I now have a double major. While still at Fresno City, I plan on getting my Microsoft Office User Specialist Certificate (MOUS),Web Page Development Certificate, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), A+ and Server+ Certified and maybe Net+ certified. While finishing off these certificates I plan to go to Pacific University, Phoenix University,or National University to finish my college career. I decided to go to one of those colleges because enrollment at Fresno State is closed and because many of my friends that go there say it is very hard to get the classes they need.
